- I've just installed Win95 and its giving me troubles. I was just
- wondering if anyone had any experiences with these type of problems.
-
- My system is AMD1335x86 Shuttle HOT433 MB. 16MB ram. AMI AUS25?? bios.
-
- Standard com1 and com2 (IRQ 3 & 4) With mouse on COM1 and just a plug
- on com2.
-
- I've tried a number of modem settings (ZOOM VFP V32.bis) including
- standard com3 and com4 as well as my current setting of COM3 with IRQ 5.
-
- I have a STB Powergraph 64v on IRQ 9.
-
- I've tried SBPro on IRQ 7 (I've tried IRQ 10 to not conflict with LPT1
- on IRQ 7 but this didn't help).
-
- Well anyway, even with no IRQ conflicts (SBPRO on IRQ 10) the damn thing
- runs like a pig. The mouse skips across the screen and doesn't always
- click where I want it to... etc.
-
- If I deinstall the modem and SBPro (as well as com ports and let WIN95
- redo them at boot) it runs like a charm.
-
- Any ideas?
